Our Dementia Support Hub provides a warm, welcoming space for people living with dementia and their carers. The group offers weekly opportunities to socialise, stay active, and access useful guidance and support.

The group provides a safe and stimulating space with activities and gentle conversations supported by Community Champions.  

Held every Tuesday 10.30am - 1.00pm at RCC
